Because these products include consumable or digital components, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once your order has been processed.

Exchanges & Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect your order immediately upon arrival and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To start an exchange or report an issue, email team@crveathletics.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

We’ll review your request and, if approved, arrange a replacement or store credit for the affected item.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are correct before submitting your order.
CRVE Athletics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
