Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and support as a small business.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary depending on your location and external factors (such as weather or postal delays).
Once your order leaves our facility, CRVE Athletics is not responsible for delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier.

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Lost or Stolen Packages
CRVE Athletics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We’ll review your claim and arrange for a replacement or store credit if approved.
Address Changes
We cannot modify or redirect an order once it has been shipped.
